I tried this pickleball court for the first time yesterday and had such a great experience! The check-in process was super smooth and easy, and the front reception staff were very welcoming and kind. The courts were well maintained, and the whole atmosphere felt inviting for both beginners and experienced players. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Terrible experience. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. They seemed irritated by basic questions and acted like I was bothering them. Definitely not coming back — customer service needs serious improvement.

I've been playing at Fairgrounds Cloverdale for over a year now and it's become one of my favorite places to play pickleball in Toronto. The courts are great but I think what makes the experience so awesome is the staff there, who are all so friendly and helpful. The one in particular who stands out is Danielle, a coach from whom I've taken a number of lessons. She's an amazing instructor and was able to pick out weak spots in my game play, explain clearly what I was doing wrong, and help me develop a strategy to overcome these weaknesses. As a result I'm a much more confident and strategic player. (Thanks Danielle!)
